1. Japanese market development Manager

Job Descriptions:
 
  • Research market and problems relate to Japan to build and deploy business activities in labor export for Japanese market.
  • Research methods, ways to develop market effectively, make different against opponent, attract many big partners to aim development in labor export to Japan.
  • Join building medium – term and long – term business strategies for Japanese market. At the same time, build business targets basing on realistic for each department.
  • Organize, operate, supervise under authority in seeking, and cooperating with partners, Japanese Trade Union who have demand to recruit Vietnamese’s workers.
  • Orientate, train all staffs under authority to develop major skills to get common targets of each department assigned.
  • Combine with related departments to ensure service quality, take care of customer better as well as resolve asking of customer (if any).
  • Periodically go on business trip to Japan to support development market, and do other missions authorized.

Requirements:
 
  • Male/ Female aged 24 – 40
  • Education: university degree in one of the economic, business administration, foreign language. Fluently using Japanese skills (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) with N2 or more.
  • Have a good command of culture, people and business environment in Japan (used to study and work at least 1 year or used to go on business trip to Japan regularly will be priority)
  • Experience: 2 years in the field of business, trade, service including candidate has experience in the field of labor export for Japanese market or used to work in Japanese companies.
  • Common management experience: have management skills in the field of business, trade, service and used to manage at least 5 employees or more.
  • Have skills in building strategies, plans and supervising business activities.
  • Have mentality, analytical and synthetical skills; have clear career goals.
  • Have ability to build and develop staff (organization, assignment, orientation, training, encouraging staff).
  • Have the skills of negotiation, communication and presentation well; have basic knowledge of finance (service to set up, and deploy business strategies).
  • Other requirements: Good appearance, good health, can go on business trip periodically

2. Student manager working in Ha Noi

Job Descriptions:
 
  • Directly manage into educational management
  • Adjust daily lifestyle of students according to regulations of center.
  • Deepen daily life of each student at center.

  • Take care of spiritual life of students at center.

Requirements:
 
  • Aged from 30 – 50.
  • Have been to Japan, use Japanese fluently.
  • Have ability to manage student life.

3. 01 Japanese teacher

Job Descriptions:
 
  • Teach Japanese language, and orientate Japanese market for trainees, technicians working in Japan and students.
  • Deepen, supervise, and support each student in the process of learning knowledge, training discipline. In addition, appraise study process and propose methods to resolve weaknesses helping students better.
  • Build lesson plans according to Japanese training program of Thang Long Japanese Center. In addition, research, and propose new teaching methods to help students learning better.
  • Support administrative duties (if any), and working under the direct guidance of Manager and Director.
  • Working as full – time from Monday – Friday (Saturday, Sunday off).

Requirements:
 
  • Sex: Male/ Female.
  • Japanese certificate: N2 or more.
  • Favorite Japan’s language and culture.
  • Graduated college or university specialized in Japanese language. Have ability to teaching Japanese, good communication.
  • Have good moral qualities, high responsibility in work.
  • Have desire to find out a fixed job and long – term with the company.
  • Have Japanese teaching experience at center or labor export, study abroad companies will be advantaged.

4. 02 employees handling file for trainee, student

Job Descriptions:
 
  • Handle internal and external files for trainees, students, technicians working in Japan.
  • Working under direct guidance of Manager, Director. Details will be discussed in interview.
  • Working as full – time from Monday – Friday, (Saturday, Sunday off), and from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Workplace: Ha Noi

Requirements:
 
  • Male. Female aged from 25 and more
  • Graduated college or university specialized in Japanese language.
  • Japanese certificate: N2 or more (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing fluently).
  • Have at least 1 year experience as equivalent position.
  • Candidate used to live and work in Japan or understanding in the field of labor export, study abroad will be priority.
  • Have the skills of arrangement, operating, management, team – work.
  • Have high responsibility, hard – working, honest.
  • Have desire to work long –term in the company.

5. Labor export Consultant

Job Descriptions:
 
  • Do duties relate to recruit workers.
  • Do transaction with vocational schools, colleges, universities.
  • Contact and develop recruitment channels.
  • Directly organize meetings to recruit workers from village, district.
  • Working from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday off).

Requirements:
 
  • Graduated Vocational school or more
  • Have the skills of communication, negotiation, presentation.
  • Honest, dedicated, and responsible.
  • Active, creative at work.
